Hi all from the UK

Hi all thought I would join up on this forum like its 2002 I see its still reasonably active and I have always prefered forums over social media. Much more concrete so to say. Im a Fd Rx7 owner and I have an Rx8 both of wich dont work : D My Rx7 is mainly used for building parts on and the Rx8 is a K swap in progress. When I no longer need the Rx7 shell for work ill most likley K swap that too, GO on hate me !.

heres a few pics of a few things not an advert as im not allowed to do that yet so just My car and some bits.

car is a 93 Rx7 with feed front bumper RE ammemyia Bonnet (hood) C west skirts R-magic V1 rear spoiler and Shine auto wide arches. Wheels are off of my supra Volk challenge F zeros.

Cheers Steve

welcome. really nice fd. a build thread would be a better place for showcasing the work going into it.

Welcome to the forum! While I'm not a fan whatsoever of the engine swap, I will say that you have a beautiful FD and the welding looks excellent!

Thanks guys yea I would love to build a 13b for the Rx7 one day too as it will only ever be a toy car but time will tell. Who is best to speak to regarding advertising on the forum? I have sent an email via the advertised channel well over a week ago but have had no reply as of yet. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

Cheers

Steve

It does look interesting. That chassis is a pita for engine swaps though. There is an RX8club as well if you didn't know.

Ill check that forum out too. but I find most Rx8 owners get too hurt with a swap 7 guys have grown acustom to it other the years with LS and 2j swaps lol. The K into the 8 is a decent amount of labour but it terms of raw costs its about the same as swapping any old Honda hatch now days. bit more effort but cooler car in the end imo.
