Hi All
Hi All
Hi fellow Mazda fans.
I'm located in the heart of Wales (UK) and have just taken delivery of an original, unmolested zero mile RX7 Group B car - chassis MRTE 019.
Miraculously this car was fully assembled by the MRTE team in 1985, but never used. It was sold after the Group B ban to a Swiss gentlemen and then found its way to Norway and into a collection. It has spent it's life under a cover and is as new as its possible to be for a 30 something year old competition car. It's decal pack came with the car in brown paper wrapping, but was never applied.
Once I've worked out how to use the forum I'll post some pictures.
This is the first Mazda I've owned, but always been passionate about the group B era and the sound of that rotary is something else.
I do have one request of help. The car is missing just one thing, an original rear hatch badge. It is the same black oblong badge with an RX7 graphic that is found on the standard 1984/85 RX7 Savanna.
Best regards
David
