Hi, currently not an RX7 owner, but I do own a RX8, and a freshly rebuilt FCT2 RX7 13b engine. I hope that counts, and that I'm allowed on here.

I've been really wanting an FD RX7 for some time now, and I've tried researching the compatibility between the engine I have, and an FD RX7 chassis. But, I can't really seem to find any information. I don't know much about RX7's, and any knowledge would help a lot. =)

Welcome!! Anyone is allowed here, even if they don't own an RX-7. Having an RX-8 is just fine. I have three of them and love them just as much as my 7's. What hear is your 8? Looks to be Brilliant Black. I also have a Brilliant Black 8. Mine is an 04 6spd with 99k miles (2nd engine though) and is completely original.

I've never seen so many rotaries owned by one person before, that Nordic Green 8 is such a nice color, definitely now one of my new favorite colors for the RX8.

Mine is the 2008 40th anniversary Metropolitan Gray model, but my bad photoshopping in that photo does makes it look black, sorry,
The body is at 80k km, but the first owner got in a crash. The engine had to be replaced and is currently is at 150k km.

 

I kind of have a rotary addiction lol. I've had 44 RX-7's since 1999. I've also had six RX-8's since 2008 when I bought my first one from the dealer.

The 40th Anniversary has been one of my favorite 8's. I love the color, the special wheels, and the red interior. What a great car. Thought about buying one to go with my 10th Anniversary RX-7 but that may come later.
