Hey my first forum!!
If all works out, I might be an owner of a 1982 RX-7. I hope all goes well. People I need some help..... Ive been so use to Honda engine's and now I am diving into the Rotory engine. I guess I am intimidated by the carburetor. How can i make sure that i am not running lean or rich? How can I tune the engine so that it does spudderes? Is it hard to rebuild the carb?, and last what do i need to do for a tune up on a Rotary Engine?
Thank to all that reply to this.

I know yer in a panic and everything about the deal, but this is the intro section, so tell us the story about you, how you found out about this rex and why you're taking the rotary plunge...save the tech questions for the tech boards...and all the answers do await you in those respective FAQ's sections, I assure you...

Growing up I was always around Toyotas and Mazda's. Where is was growing up most of the Puerto Ricans fixed Mazda's and Toyota's. That is when my love for cars sparked. I remmber the unique sound it made and how different the rx-7 was compared to the other cars as they drove off. As I got older more friends and family owned Rx-7's. Though I always wanted one I ended up with a 95 Honda Hatch. I can say I learned alot with that car and my love for car's grew. Going back and fourth to Puerto Rico remind me of my childhood being around rx-7's. I just got back form a trip in March and saw a few fresh Rex riding around. That night i said to myself when i get back to NY im'a buy me a REx. LONG STORY SHORT
