Hey all, names Andrew and I picked up my first Rx7 about a month ago!! Its an 88 FC vert (hate away ). Been an absolute blast so far and I like it much more than my s13. Despite it being only a month of ownership I've already had numerous mechanical experiences with it, ended up pullin the trans after having it for 3 days because the p.o. didn't tighten all the bolts on the front cover for the input shaft bearing and all my trans fluid leaked out while I was driving.. fun stuff. Only to find out my throwout bearing makes noise after putting it all back together, sounds like a supercharger Just hit 173k so Im gonna start saving up for a rebuild kit. As far as plans for the car though I just wanna get it running well, get a good coilover setup (Suggestions welcome), full RB exhaust and a paint job. Maybe a TII swap eventually. Lookin forward to the future with this car. I'll post pics soon!!
