Hello all.

Just joined from Vancouver, Washington. Don't have an RX7 yet, but looking for a nice first gen car. Currently have an 88 BMW 325iS, and an 86 Porsche 944, so an RX7 would round out the group of my dream cars from that era.

I'll try not to ask too many stupid questions, but thank you in advance for the help...

 

Welcome, I'm just up in Tacoma! There's a couple of FBs right now on facebook marketplace in the region that don't seem too bad of deals depending on how much of a project you want.

Welcome to the forum and best of luck in your search for the perfect RX-7!! The 1st Gen is a great place to start. They are my favorite RX-7 to work on and cruise in. Just so smooth and raw. Absolutely love the feeling and you will too! I also own a 944. Mine is an 85.2 in Guards Red with an M456 suspension package, Fuchs wheels, and an all cloth Porsche script interior. Would love to see pictures of your cars! Here's my 944:
