Im new to this site and must admit I have not yet figured it out.
Have had a 94 FD since new and now with 70K miles and have just now started upgrading. Going at it slowly. So far I have a Fluidyne radiator, new water pump and thermostat, new alternator, Pettit TKT Cold Intake system. I also removed the air pump and put in a Pettit AST. Car runs great and I can feel the improvement even with these few changes. Next will be new shocks and springs, a drivers door handle that works and a Pettit Blowoff valve. When I get that I will be working on getting a Pettit downpipe, new O2 senor and a new Cat back system.

I want a catback that looks good, is free flowing for good power increase but not real noisy. Any suggestions?

Welcome. I would recommend the Racing Beat Dual Tip Catback. I've been happy with mine and it has a nice tone. I think there might be some videos on YouTube if you want to listen to it.
