Just bought my first rotary vehicle, it is an s4 rx7 with a seized engine. But also bought a “rebuilt” engine on facebook for a good deal and will hopefully have a running vehicle soon 👍🏽Soonish... 👍🏽 Clean title and I am the third owner... I think 🤷🏽‍♂️ Anyway hello everyone, hope to learn some stuff here while I lurk and possibly make new car friends.

I paid 1k for it, back fees were 700 though 🤷🏽‍♂️. I have the carfax for the car, first title update after 1986 came in 2000, then was not smogged again after 2007. Person I bought it from had to get the title through a lein, but it seems he was a dealer of some sort. He claimed it ran for a while, and then it didnt. My spare engine and trans was 600 off facebook, seems to rotate smooth, but I am new to this and assume it is in mediocre shape based on the leaks it appears to have. Waiting on time and tools before I jump into work on it.

Thank you everyone for the welcome! If all goes well with the build and work slows down enough for me to work on it I am hopeful to have it running well enough to possibly drive it down to Seven Stock later this year 🤞🏽
