I've been using this forum as a resource for a while now, trying to get familiar with the in/out's of the FD.
I purchased a LS1 swapped 1993 R1 a little over a year ago and have since been fixing wiring and mechanical systems on it in order to legitimately pass smog. This coming Tuesday will be the third BAR inspection I will be going to - and hopefully the last...
Other than working on the smog systems, I have gone over most of the mechanical systems on the car and re-torqued/lubed things in order to keep the car in as good a shape as I can, and removed almost the entire interior to clean up some of the chassis wiring. The dash is a PITA on these cars, but it definitely looks good...
I've definitely seen several FD's in the area - it'd be cool to meet some of the locals.
