Hello from Seattle
Hey everyone, my names Austin. I got my first Rx-7 (and first car) about a month ago It's a 1985 GSL. It's got issues but I've had lots of fun with it so far and hope to make it a lot more fun in the future. I'm in the autoshop program at my school, and have access to a shop, which I use primarily to work on it.

Hey There Austin!
Welcome to the Forum!
Congrats on the FB.
My name is Tim and I am also from the Seattle area.
When you get the time, it would be great to see the car in person .
is it stock or do you have/had/will do any mods to it?
Feel free to PM me if you would like the info on some of the meets around the WA area.
later man
~Tim

As for mods, the car is completely stock. I haven't done anything performance yet, but I replaced my steering box a couple weeks ago and took out my A/C system because it wasn't hooked up and was broken. The steering box that the car came with had about 7-8 inches of slop before it would even move the wheels!
I'd like to get rid of anything that I don't need (like emissions) and make the car as light as possible, as well as doing the front and rear end bushings and suspension and such. Then probably some power mods
