whats up everyone. houston from san diego. i picked up a 79 rx7 back in september. my first rotary. lmk if you have any tips for a first time owner or suggestions of where i should start.
Exhaust....start with the exhaust. Will CA let you dump the thermal reactor yet? If so, get an Edlebrock SS muffler with SS-wool packings for the front pre-silencer and then your choice of rear mufflers....even if you use the stock manifold, you can generally get a 2.5" pipe starting right at the engine. Since the carb is jetted rich on the '79, you should get a nice kick out of just that one mod.
