IA Hello RX7 Club! Long-time reader, but new member here.

Hello RX7 Club! I have a 1986 RX7 (I believe that means FC n/a) that I purchased about 2 years ago, and it's been a great adventure so far learning the in's and out's of the rotary engine and classic RX7 assembly. I'm not very mechanically inclined so this forum has been a godsend to me, for even the smallest things like pictures of my missing fusebox cover, to greater things like answers to technical questions in your FAQ section that I'm sure have been asked thousands of times before.

I am now in need of a part that I'm having problems finding for a reasonable price (Cash is currently tight as I'm also a new father, as of about a week ago, my son was born on Friday the 13th!) for a light switch replacement/harness to fix my non-working dashboard lights and rear lights (brakes/signals work fine, just rear idle lights not working). I checked the ILLUM fuse and it's in fine shape so that boils down to the light switch mechanism and harness possibly.

I tried posing in the Want To Buy/Sell section, but I could not post there, so I'm posting in the new users section (was already planning to after posting a quick inquiry for the part)

Glad to finally be a member and look forward to many years of being a proud RX7 owner!

When I posted this introduction originally I had not read the format and suggestions for a first post required.

It is my mistake bringing up technical stuff here and not in the appropriate forum. I've read the rules now and completely understand though.
