MI Hello Rotary world, from MI!

Hello, Ishin here from MI. I own a voltexed out fully built evo.
Its never too late to start a "build" thread right? - evolutionm.net
I have been in the tuner scene for as long as I can remember.

I have always loved FDs and FD bug is finally biting me. I am in the process of parting away from my Evo and picking up a FD. Either rotary or LS (I know, I know, LS....)

But im here to learn, communicate, and get myself a FD that will become a street driven track car.

So Hello and I look forward to meeting all of you! (virtually)

whats making you go LS? Is it the reliability? power? or gas efficiency?

LOL, Super reliable, can build lots of power, and has low end torqe, so it can idle down the highway getting good MPG's

Plus a 99-2006 chevy truck 5.3L only cost $500-$900 at a junkyard , computer , wireing, sensers, everything to make it run.

My 13b has plenty of power at 7000 rpm(rated at 160), but almost zero power at 2000 rpm.

a Ls puts out atleast 160hp at 2000rpm, if not more, so off idle it will have more power than the 13b revved out.....

I like low end power, I like rolling on the throttle in 5 gear and pulling away. not down shifting 3 gears to get the same effect.

If i am going have a 2 door 2 seater sports car. i wanna have so power to play with.
