(moto)well im going to get a 6point cage next saterday probly..with a harness bar and holes ready to be droped in...besides that ima be stuck for about 2 months to get an engine...gona go SR for now so probly an S13 Blacktop or an S14 Blacktop..and school started so i need a laptop so have to wait a littil longer to get my JIC coils and tires...S5's are nice..20k on an NA? sounds like its a good car..mine has around 150k on the chassis but it dosnt bother me since my old S13 had about 250k on the chassis. cool...this is the 1st car i buy on my own and i fix on my own so its special to me espesialy since i get to build it into a track car....dimes are nice..any pics?

aight cool..send me a link...ya it started on monday that passed..so i get out of work at 4 get to my city at 6 and class starts at 6 so i need to be rushing to class ...but its only 3 days so im not trippin..and get home at 10:30...so my weeks suck even more now but more to look forward to the weekends

congrats and good luck man i came from the 240 scene myself i had an s13 hatch and went with the sr swap got totaled about a year lady by an old lady that slid through a stop light picked up my first fc a few months later and havent looked back since i have 3 rx7s now 2 fcs and my true love the fd

Welcome. I am also in SoCal. Your RX7 looks a lot like mine; it is also an 86, painted red recently. Mine is strictly for the street.

What parts do you have that you don't need? I am usually looking for something for my car. Right now I am looking for the power window regulators, and a cruise control bracket.

I don't think your car will turn out to be a GTU. I do not believe the GTU version had been introduced in 86.

 

hey corps...ya i really liked my S13 allot since i was the one that got it running and i would spend allot of time on it..sucks cuz i didnt get to finish it. I would like to get an FD as my next street car/ weekend drifter. My dream car is an S15 though so im not gonna compleatly get out of nissan.and the Effiny FD is my 2nd dream car so im happy by being close enough lol..for shure i want an FD though any pics on the FD?

Sup calpatriot..well i dont really know the differance between the models the last onwer said it might be a GTU but i dont know.Dosnt really matter to me though since im almost starting my TII swap and its mainly a track car so gtu or not its gonna look good after... Lol your looks nice..Im probly gonna paint it either Red again or Blue..Its cool having a street car but I get annoyed really easy when it comes to rices and cops..Usualy i have allot of patiance but i dont when it comes to those 2 things. Plus Willow Springs is close to my house so i wana enjoy racing the car as much as i can then later ill worry about a street car. Need to get rid of some of the cars/trucks before i get another car.

And I have allot of random stuff in my garage that i dont need..ima sell basicly everything that i dont need..dont have the window thing though since i have manual windows..and not shure what the other thing looks like..show me a pic and ill let you know if i have it/need it
