Hello. New enthusiast in town! Searching for a FD.

My official introduction...

I'm new to the site, but I've always been a rx-7 fan, especially the FD's. The FD is one of the most beautiful cars EVER built imo. It ranks in the top 3 and just has a timeless body. I had a FC some years back, but unfortunately, that was stolen . Now, I'm thinking about picking up a FD. That probably won't happen till I finish my current project though, but at least I'll have a head start on good info.

I've had a handful of cars, for my age at least. My current rides are a 350z, 240sx, and VW Jetta (company vehicle). I also had a fully built turbo Integra putting down just under 400whp, but recently sold it to help pay for school. That was the funnest car I've EVER owned! Had a Z71 Tahoe and traded that in for the Z. Also a 200sx with a sr20det swap and a couple other Hondas' not really worth mentioning. So, I'm not new to modding/tuning cars at all.

My current project is my 240sx hatch and the plan is KA-T. I have most of the parts sitting and waiting for a few other small parts before the motor is sent to the machine shop to get built. My goal for that car is to break the 600hp mark and I'm shooting for it to be finished before July.

Anyway, thanks for reading and I hope to catch up with some FD locals!

Welcome.

The 3rd gen FAQ thread has a few links to buyer's guides on the FD. Might want to start there. Good luck and be patient on the search.
