Hello, my name is Joseph Dizon.
As a child, I have always wanted to drive and own a car. Though I have interest in cars, I have little to no knowledge on the mechanism of a car. I played games like NFS Most Wanted, modded the game so I can get cool stuff like an RX7 with the veilside kit, Toyota Supra and my childhood favorite car was a Mitsubishi EVO. At that time, I didn't really pay attention to any of the things that happen to the car except for the upgrades, the vinyls/design of the car and winning! Well now that I have more chance of actually owning a car, I wanted to educate myself first before I, "OH I LIKE THAT ONE! I'M GOING TO BUY THAT!". Well, just like when I build my PC, I educate myself from researching information of the best components that is necessary to my needs. At that moment, I get to drive my dad's Acura CL Type S 2001 but then it ain't mine. I'm leaving on May 21st for Air Force Boot camp, I'll be in contract for 6yrs. Though I am not planning to get a car during my time in duty, it'll be great to learn about the car I am planning to get. I guess I haven't really clarify what car I am getting but since this is the RX7 Club, it would make more sense that I am planning to get an RX7. So yeah

Thanks man! Well, you see.. while I'm in active duty (and I'm not sure where I am going to be stationed at), I probably won't even get to drive it around a lot. If I get stationed in states, and get myself a MAZDA RX7 FD, I have to pay for insurance and stuff when I don't get to drive it often and then I have to have it imported to my hometown which will cost more. But yeah, my plan is to get a RX7 FD probably a stock and keep building it up. XD

WASHINGTON! Yeah, I think I just f*cked myself over about getting an RX7. It may not be good first car for me. Maybe when I am more settled and financially ready LOL. I can't stop reading all these threads!

That's the problem. I don't have friends who are experience in cars. More or so, they are just car fanatics but doesn't know much about its inner soul. )))
