Hello Everyone!
My name is Eric. EraEraErric was a nickname I was given since I was into DJ'ing/Turntablism, Bboying and it's supposed to be the sound if you were scratching with a record of my name. haha! I love the beach, martial arts, motorsports, and food! Two dogs, like cats. Prefer iPhone over Android.
I've been a long time fan of the RX7 and RX8. I used to work at a Big O Tires, Sears Auto Center, and Discount Tire Company in a span of 10 years. A co worker had an RX7, GTUs. Instantly fell in love with the look of the car. Rode in it on a windy road back home in Northern California and first thing I noticed was the sound of the Rotary Engine was different than anything I heard before. Got fascinated and hooked on how different the engine was. Best Motoring, Option Video, and Initial D made me want one more. Couldn't afford one then, never really made it a priority from that time of my early 20s to now 30s. Especially since I would find some that just weren't worth the asking price. I've owned several other platforms, drove often on windy roads in Northern California, a couple of Drift days and Auto Cross events as well. Aside from an FC, a Supercharged Renesis powered NB Miata and an FD would be the other two cars that I've always wanted. I've owned 5 Miatas and still have my NB that is my daily.
Found this beauty in the photo below on Craigslist, thought it was a fake post. Thought "Why not try?" Messaged the owner and drove down with a friend to pick it her up and drive her back. Not exactly sure on my plans at the moment. I still have many questions, but the search function is definitely helping out! \m/
