Hello everyone.

Hello my name is John i live in a small town in Colorado called Pagosa Springs.

I am the proud owner of a 93 FD twin turbo M/T. I will say this is my first rx and I'm lacking in knowledge of rotary engines as well at twin turbos.

The car has a small bit of work to do, i bought it from a man that got it from two kids that wanted to turn it in to a drag car so they gutted it out so he never was able to turn the key to see if it starts but was told it drove in to their garage. But when a partnership goes south you never know what people will do.

So i have no idea if any parts a missing yet or not but the price was more that perfect. it also came with a short shifter hks turbo timer and downpipes. I also see this as opportunity to build the car the way i want

I would love to hear some recommendation on what i can and should do with the car and what you all have done with your car.

I guess I should say that I'm looking at making it a Sunday driver, drift car, and track car. So I'm after a well rounded car.

Welcome Aboard John, congratulations on entering the RE realm with the right platform RX7.

Imo I would bring it back to a street car with a cage for the occasional track day, keep the horse power in the 300-350 rwhp range. Depending on the condition of the engine, keep it close to stock as possible with the basic upgrades. If the engine needs a rebuild, then have a street port done and go with a single turbo set up.

Good find and buy man, I would LOVE to own an FD.

Yea I'm not looking at dropping the twins but I'm wanting to pull all the power that I can out of her.

I've not found a manual the FD.

I have already been jumping in and finding parts I'm missing so in going to hit the for sale and do more research.

Cool, good to hear you decided to stick with the stock turbos set up. I've heard of 350 rwhp stock turbos builds before and been told boost is insane and quick.

You will find pretty much everything you need on this site , good searching and findings to you man.

Good luck putting it back together, other people's projects can get interesting to say the least. Looks like it will be fun though.
