hey my name is tyler and i just reently purchased my first rx7

its a 1988 FC convertible.

not running at the moment and im trying to figure it out and get it running so i can have some top down fun.

 

if anyone can help i would appreciate it.

new afm, new fuel filter, fuel pump is good, seals are good. idk what else to check.

it runs on starter fluid.

where you at? im in gadsden and travel to bham,i have tons of 86-88 na coupe parts,mechanicals will be the same

 

im on the westside of birmingham about 15 minutes towards jasper? do you know your way around these motors? if you were willing to come help me get it running some beers/food/money would definitely be headed your way. lol

also are you advertising parts on craigslist? if so i emailed you and nevr got a response.

 

also i work in irondale/leeds which is closer to you for sure.

 

congrats on the buy...i'm interested in finding an older one. Turbo II sometime. Ill keep my 93 for the moment tho

 

im pretty excited about it. the car is in decent shape. i have seen a lot worse. to be perfect all it would need is a driver fender repaint and top. other than that its perfect.
