It has been 10 painful years since I sold my old FC (1990 GXL, 5-speed swap, 4.1 LSD swap) after it got smashed by a drunk driver. I have been bust getting married and raising kids, but the time has come to get another 7 and the wife has given me her blessing! I might have the opportunity to rescue an '83 5-speed, (still unsure of trim). It has been sitting for 21 years under a tarp. She is sweaty and has plenty of issues, but I am looking forward to the challenge of pulling and rebuilding the engine, maybe try my hand at a bridgeport and building a little track toy. Anyway, its good to be back.
