WA Hello! 93 RX7 project car deliverd today!

Hey all,

Tad, 40 year old from Tennessee, living near Seattle WA. I've just picked up my penultimate car, but there's some labor of love standing between staring at it, and driving it.

Salvage certificate from California due to vandalism. I can't quite piece together the story yet. It's missing the ECU, the key doesn't turn the ignition, and I'm told a homeless youth was living in it. 105,000 miles, single turbo conversion, Stance coil overs, other goodies too. Someone once loved this car. Then they didn't, and now it's my turn. I plan to get it running and just drive it and do some track days, keep it as a rotary for a few years and really get to know it. Who knows what the future holds? Excited to dig into my project!

It's got "RIP FD RX7" written on the hatch glass.

RIP? Not on my watch! I'll see this car to 200k.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I've got some more assessing to do, then on the the newbie tech forum.
