Heyho out there !
After I already posted some questions in the Traderssection, I remembered, that I should introduce myself first.
My name ist René and I´m a University student from germany.
I´m addicted to japanese sportscar since years... so my way led me to a nice FD3S from 1998.
I started my "career" with a 93 Nissan 200SX (CA18DET) which I modified till Stage 2 (Garret GT28R) and reached 280 HP on Dyno.
After that I tried a Skyline for the first time...a 95 R33 GTST... not the best choice I have to say
Next up I imported a Subaru Impreza WRX STI Type R GC8 Coupe....yeah...loved that one
even if it was totaly unusable for our streets (Autobahn)
After selling the STI I tried a Honda S2000 AP1...but as our summers became weaker and weaker..I sold it
With Topspec Imports as contact again, I imported a realy nice Nissan Skyline R33 GTR Vspec (1 previous owner in Japan, 3000 km, full stock, 1995)
I modified the GTR with Volk Rims, Cusco Coilovers, K&N Inductionkit, Nismo Catback etc. but it never made me feeld realy happy. It´s a strong car but just too heavy for me as i love lighter cars.
That was the moment I decided to buy a FD3S...i played with the thought about buying one for years but everytime decieded to buy something differend because I was afraid of the rotary engine..but now...yeah..I finally did it and the car feels amazing ^^ not as strong as the GTR but realy sporty..beatifull agility.
It´s a imported J spec 98 Type R, came fully stock put we put on some nice Gramlight Rims, together with TEIN adjustable coilovers and a catback.

As there is now RX7 board in germany, I hope you guys are ok with me hangin out here
Maybe someone noticed, all my cars had "Performatec" or "Team Performatec" Decals on it..this is my import team (small community of guys with RHD JDM cars).
So thats it, this is me
Would be nice to learn something about the RX7 here or find some nice parts.
