From Gray to Red
Hi There
My name is Monty. Though I've been a member for several years, I have never posted a thread. I've owned my FC3 GXL 2+2 since 1996. Originally, it was gray with a burgundy leather interior. I had it painted to a glossy red (porsche red with urethane mix). I bought a black '87 Turbo with a gray cloth interior and blown seals. My buddy and I completely stripped it down and I replaced the original burgundy interior with the gray cloth interior. Since the original seats were better than the turbo's, I had them reupholstered with new padding and a nice tweed cloth. It was amazing how much that can be removed from the cars. It was a valuable project. I'll post pictures soon.
I look forward to posting more.

Well, Monty, thank you for reviving one of the ancient screen names as opposed to creating a whole other new account! I'm always amazed when one of these gets dusted off and revived.
Thanks for stepping out of the shadows and welcome to the front lines!
