Haha, I too came from hondas and still own a bugeye. Just got myself a FD that needs some work. How does it feel driving all 3 platforms? AWD vs RWD?

 

I also went from fwd to awd to rwd. Except I started with a Nissan 200sx, then two wrxs and now I have an fd rx7. With a couple 4wd jeeps too haha

 

i started out with my RWD 240sx,from SR to RB,then migrated to the toyota scene,and started messing with the mighty 2jzgte and it changed my life..lol Now im hoping to learn the Rotary scene,with one of the best handling cars in japan the Rx7 fd

Here's another picture: Recently painted hood, and painted/installed Lip. FEED Side Skirts are going on today and RE-Amemiya Diffuser has been ordered.

As for the lowering, I'm still unsure about that, haha. I plan on buying another set of wheels even all around because these ones are staggered. I'm going for a track set up. The stance on the car is fine with me though. I don't plan on going any lower.

I'd like to upgrade my coilovers as well, haha.

 

 

Nice car. I too went from FWD > AWD > RWD. 97 Eclipse gst converted to AWD and now soon to be 93 Rx7 owner. Pretty stoked. Not sure why my intro thread didn't get posted but oh well.

It wasn't too bad actually...it was just labor intensive. The 5 spd swap was the part that kicked my ***. Clutchs are so touchy. The whole process took 9 14 hour days to complete. Time isn't an issue when it comes to passion. Definitely overcame a ton of hurdles along the way.

The car I am getting is an Auto....the 5spd deal fell through since the guy wouldn't come down on the price even though I had proof that the odometer was rolled back....what an idiot. I hear the 5 spd swap is pretty easy on these cars so theres that.

Hows RWD feel in relation to AWD?
