I have been lurking for a while and have seen some excellent early RX projects and the like by the forum members!
In High School I saved every penny from my summer job to have a 13B worked over from my 74 RX-4 coupe. Ended up putting a couple of grand into the car and ended up with a really nice ride. ported intakes and exhaust work.
Had the stock carbs manuals and secondaries linked to help compensate for having an automatic. Super fun to drive and it got me in hot water from the cops a time or two. You know, the standard dumb teenager stuff.
Now with a family of my own and starting to get some free time here and there I would like to get into the rotary engine again. Probably steer clear of the mazda bodies. But a build 13B with a street port and a manual trans would be a sweet start on any project.
I am looking to make connections and see what is out there as a resource in the Kansas City area.
