Finally an RX-7 owner!

Hi all,

Recently bought a 93 FD.

It has been a goal of mine since I was a kid to own a rotary powered car. My first experience was when I was really too young to remember, I was strapped in the front seat of my Uncles RX-3 in 1979 when he was babysitting me. He has an old photo of it somewhere. Must have made an impression as I dreamed of owning every generation along the way since then.

Somewhere I got distracted by Toyota's and have been a third generation supra owner for 9 years, and I have kinda got bored. I have done about all you can do with them. Finally have enough garage space to add to the collection and picked up a nice FD RX-7.

Looking forward to learning the rotary and modding the RX. Looks like this website is a great resource.

Here's a pic of my new to me RX-7, 93 Touring model. First job is to tidy up the interior and shop for replacement pieces. Then decide on a plan for mods.
