Whats up everybody finally became an owner of a rotary. Always loved the timeless design of the fd chassis and have been dreaming about having a vr fd one day. Well that day came and went, and I am now the happy owner of this VR 1993 FD
The good:
very clean interior
~56k on the clock
upon further inspection the bondo'd parts are just surface damage and nothing more
The bad:
motor flooded 10 years ago
window motors have stopped working
and the obvious missing hood and light covers and body damage
o and bad tires
Yes shes a little roughed up outside but its a rust free cali chassis. The only thing that really bothers me is the shape my motor might be in.
The plans to get the bay cleaned up and take it to tri point to see what state my rotary is in, and depending how that goes I may have to go lsx...Sorry guys college funds and a busy schedule means i may have to take the reliable way out.
Anyways if that happens please dont hate me it'll only be temporary until more funds can be found and a rotary swapped back in...mmhm 4 rotors. lofty goals? maybe but hey this car was only a dream before and now its a reality
