Hello my name is Arturo from Central VA south of Richmond. Had purchased a FC Turbo II years ago and got it started after countless nights with a friend. Test drove it twice then started to take the body to begin to work on it. But then parked it in garage and hadn’t touched it in 5 yrs until last week when I cleaned out something’s to get it out. Going to take it apart and work on it again.
It will end up being a long term project. As far as my knowledge about rotary and the wiring system is slim to not at this point since not seeing or doing anything with this car on so many years.
Will have to find interior parts in the local area. Previous owner had it sitting since before 2004 since inspection expired then. So it’s a little rough at this point
going to to make a build thread for this little car. In the coming. So keep a look out for it
From this distance it doesn't look like it has any rust, seems like a very good start on a chasis, keep us updated! Also, are you missing the other pieces or did you take them off to help freshen things up?

Thank you. Only real place where there Is rust is on front fenders from where Dirt was their for years.
Took them off have every thing as far as I know of. Which should be in a tote or in rear of car. Interior parts are going to be needed tho.
Best of luck with your rebuild. It looks like it's in great shape, for what's there.
Does it count as a "barn find" if it was your own "barn" and you knew it was there?
For the most part I have all the exterior stuff. Hood fenders lights and bumpers but rear bumper is cracked so going to have to find one somewhere, fingers crossed.
As for the barn find I think it counts from the amount of dirt and dust built up on it
