finally a FD owner!
So, I got my 1st RX7! 93 TT, pretty stock, black, 99 spec tails (? I think, circles), apexi exhaust, hks intake, short shifter, 87000 miles. It does need a few things, some interior pieces are missing, one mirror has a small piece broken off. but I got it for 8k, so I can't complain! I'm coming from a Nissan 240sx and know almost nothing about rx7s, so I'll probably be asking for help on here. If anyone has any black interior pieces hit me up! or a complete red interior, that'd be sweet too!

Congrats on the FD. You will love it. If you haven't checked yet. Ensure your reliability mods are complete before you start driving it hard or modding it. You can find info on reliability mods here. Just go to the "R" section if you cant find them.. All the info there are really helpful. You can also go here. http://www.turborx7.com/recomend.htm.
From my personal experience.. I overheated when i first got my FD.. This is what i recommend.
1. Replace AST with aluminum or steel. (This is what killed my motor)
examples: doesnt have to be these..

2. Upgrade Radiator with aluminum or steel.

3. Replace all your oil and water hoses.
water hoses examples:

I would recommened steel braided or other strong oil hoses.
4. Replace all your vacuum lines, preferably silicone.

5. get a water temp gauge.
http://www.rx7store.net/Spek_Pro_Wat...ro%2024631.htm
6. replace stock downpipe to one without a precat.
http://www.rx7store.net/product_p/dpmpcombofd3s.htm
7. Replace all of your filters, especially the fuel filter.
you buy one at autozone. or google it, im bored but not that bored to find you everything..lol.
What i am trying to get at, is that your oem cooling system is not the best and that you should pay attention to that first. Learn from alot of our mistakes and keep your FD running healthy before trying to make it faster. Good luck.
