Finally bought my first RX-7
Hey everyone,
My name is Gene, and although I've been a member on here for a while, I've never really had a reason to speak up.
Most of my background is messing around with Mustangs...I road raced with SCCA and NASA for years, and for a while I had my own shop building competition Mustangs. Now I have a vintage 911 an old Volvo for my daily driver, and my new project, a 1987 RX-7 GXL.
Right now my plans are to build this thing for fast road and track day use. I'm done with the wheel-to-wheel racing for a while, it'll be fun to just be able to turn laps and have fun in a well balanced sports car.
This is a great board...I'm really impressed with the caliber of the tech here.
