Hi,
My name is Maxime Blouin and I'm a 92 JDM FD owner since October 2010. I buy it and use it for a month or so before putting it away for the winter. During the next winter I decide to do lapping and solo with it.
In spring 2011 I send the car to a local suppose to be rotary specialist and ask I'm to prepare the car for that kind of abuse. I gave him 2200$ and blew my engine on my way back home the same day. That was the end of the story with my FD for the 2011 summer. I did the local solo championship with my 2007 mazda3 GT.
This winter I paid a guy to rebuilt and street port my 13b rew and I did the full non-sequential mod, change my downpipe, midpipe, cat-back, injectors, fuel pump and ecu. I hope I will finally be able to enjoy my rotary this summer. Hope to learn a lot here especially on tuning side...
