My name is Jess and I've owned my Black 93 FD Touring Edition (MT) since 1998. It has 108k original miles. I did a few reliability mods around 70k miles and haven't had any major issues. The car has quirks but it's such a fun vehicle to drive. It's a Sunday driver and usually stays in my garage on a battery tender 26 days out of the month.

Here's the list of mods that have been done to the car:
Non-sequential Turbo mod (11 lbs)
Pettit Racing:
Unlimited ECU
Full exhaust- DP, MP, Muffler
Apex Intake
Rats nest removed
EGR system removed
R1 spoiler

Everything else is stock. From the outside, the car looks stock. When I drive the car I turn into one of those guys that parks in the most remote spot of the parking lot so as to not have my car dented by someone opening their car door into my FD. Every FD owner knows the doors are the dent guards.

What's my daily driver on those 26 days? 1994 Honda Civic... my 33 mpg beater. Absolutely no mods on that car!

Hey Jess, nice to meet you and your FD! My name is Mark, also an owner of a 93' FD Touring MT that I've had since 2003. Very similar story to yours, currently sitting at 105,000 with nearly everything original, only a few reliability mods done, and yes, very much my Sunday driver haha! Just got mine out to the mountains and have had a few great drives but wondering how the altitude will impact the car (already had some quirks with getting it started since arriving a few months ago).

Daily driver is a Ford Exploder, also no mods
