Eric from America's Dairyland

Greetings everyone! I finally snagged an RX7 to add to my small collection of cars after being smitten with a '79 RX7 my friend had for a number of years. I've driven faster cars and better handling cars, but they don't compare to the way that little rotary engine feels when it's being driven. It is difficult to describe, but I'm sure I don't have to explain it since most of you are probably part of the RX7 community for the same reason. I bought a 1983 Limited Edition that barely ran and have started going through the car to make it roadworthy again. Aside from enjoying the sound of giant angry bees swarming under the hood, I joined the forum to learn more about the RX7 from members that have experience and as a parts resource as I go through the process of restoring my car.

Welcome! Yes, there's no car I'd rather drive than a 1st gen Rx7.

The darn things are an addiction. They'll make you spend all your money and bust all your knuckles just to get your next fix.
