Acquired a 89 RX7 convertible which is bone stock w 165K miles. It is my first Mazda. Seats, top, and carpet are shot, but body and interior in good shape for age. Also has minor (hopefully) engines issues.

My previous project and daily driver is 96 VW Passat (B4) TDI, which is about as opposite as it can get... a loud clunking engine that red lines at 4500, FWD, 4 doors, and very slow.
