domsrx7 FC build R.W. parts? - new member

Hi everyone!
New to rx7 club and looking forward to being a part of the community although I am not new to the rotary scene. I have been a huge fan of rotaries ever since i was 10, even my first car was an 86' GXL. I have worked with Rotary shops in the past and fell even more in love with the cars and the engine, although i ended up starting up my own business in a different industry, I have kept in touch with some of the shop owners and have always had a project car on the go.

A year ago i had a local shop do some tuning work with my MicroTech LT8-S by the owner, and was assured of his tuning skills. After less than 100km of driving the engine blew a side seal. It was found that the timing table was drastically out of whack and resulted in pre-detonation which caused the seal to crack. This has a much longer back story but moving forward, I have decided to completely redo my FC build from the front to back. I have reached out to many companies and have been happily surprised by the amount of love and support that has been shown in the community.

So many have been urging me to get a membership with Rx7 Club site, so here I am

I am at a point now with the build requiring some parts, however some of my research has yielded some scary information... I am very interested in the Rotary Works FD TB and their elbow, however there are some old threads in here that strongly recommend staying away from RW (CX Racing). Not to hash up an old thread or anything, but does anybody have and RECENT info or experience with RW Throttle bodies? Does anyone know of any other aftermarket 90mm TB that does work properly?

Much thanks! Glad to be a part of the community!

Dom
