Considering an fd3 project.. few questions

I haven't ever driven one but it falls into the catagory of what I'm looking for. My biggest concern right now is wether or not I can even fit in one. I'm 6'4 with real long legs. What is the cabin space like? I can barely fit in an s2k driver seat but it's not comfortable enough for me to drive any considerable amount of time. You guys have some input?

Welcome to the RX7 Club! I can't help you with the FD. But I know what you mean, I have an FC3C (91 Convertible), am 6'2" and am cramped. I can drive about 2 hours, then really need to stretch out and get the kinks out!

I have an FD and I will admit its a TIGHT ride and im only 5,5''!!! lol for someone who is 6'4'' I would imagine it would be EXTREMELY tight. I have heard of custom seat rails that are designed lower then stock and will accomodate people who are taller here is a website I found http://www.more-japan.com/Nagisa-Aut...R-p-16314.html
You might wanna try calling them first to find out if its right for you.
