Hello! I'm a long time lurker and now looking to officially join the community. I'm in the early stages of looking for a new FD. My goal is to import a JDM car under the 25 year rule, so hopefully others in the community have had a similar experience I can draw from and also share my experience for those looking to do the same. I've had many RX-7s over the years, including my first car which was an '83 FB when I was 17. That car was a rolling chassis that I spent the summer getting running. I'd never heard of rotary engines back then nor did anyone I knew, but I've been hooked ever since. Most recently I drove an RX-8 for 12 years that I just gave up in the goal of building an FD.
