Back with the 7
My name is Jan-Michael (Jan) and I just purchased a beige 84 RX-7 GSL-SE a little over a month ago. The first (of many) Japanese car that I ever owned back in 96 was a red 79 RX-7. At the time I enjoyed the car but didn't really understand or appreciate what I had. I sold the 79 before joining the Army a couple of years later. Since then I've owned nothing but Japanese cars to include an MR-2 Turbo and a couple of EVO's. 2 years ago I sold everything and have been driving an old reliable Previa van. The sports car juices began flowing again recently and I decided that I wanted something classic, sporty, pure and unique. The only option in my eyes was a first generation RX-7. To me the SE had the best of everything. The pure design and basic running gear of the 1st gen, the more attractive styling updates that came in 81, and the advantages of the larger fuel injected 13b. not to mention the upgraded suspension, wheels and brakes. The little SE is the first of what I hope will be a multiple car collection of RX's from several generations. Really looking forward to Mazda's next rotary powered wonder!

'88 RX7 Convertible parts?
Hey All!
I have an 1988 RX7 Convertible (original owner) & my garage door bumped into
my left side parking light lens & took it off. Where on earth can i find a replacement
lens? Its just the amber lens, the light & bulb are OK.
I searched EBay & the net, & couldn't find one.
Any suggestions on this part?

Thanks,
Tom aka White Bison
