AU: FC Series 4

Hey All,

introducing myself, I'm from the land down under (Australia).... Have always had a dream to own an RX7 and finally have found the best example I could in my general area.

I picked her up from an older guy who has meticulously looked after it.

It has genuine 120,000 kms on the clock, unsure if the motor has been rebuilt but it still has great compression and runs really smooth.

I intend in the near future to change the rims from the 17" i feel they ride too hard for my liking but that may be due to a lowish profile tyre (215/45).

Heres some pics

We now live in a Mazda only family

will be organising full service shortly, boost and air / fuel mixture gauges shortly.

Having trouble sourcing 16 inch rims for it thus far, but probably going in next week to discuss with a local tyre shop.

Have got my eyes on a few bits an pieces to do up the audio side of it, but dont want anything too crazy.

Can anyone assist me with the specifications of the stock exhaust system (size etc)?

Would going 3" piping be too loud?

Things I want to do sooner rather than later (unless the situation changes)
3" exhaust high flow cat to split into dual outlet at 2 3/4" out. Would love the AdrenalinR Rotary shaped muffler but that may be a long term thing. (AdrenalinR Rotary Shaped Muffler | eBay)
looking to get coilovers (yet to decide brand etc) and a nice set of 16" rims for it, dont like the look of the 17's.

Also own an '03 M6 Luxury Sports hatch, wife drives that one as my daughters seat will only fit in it.

Anyway to the pics:
