Another new guy
Hi just got my 86 this morning. Picked it up off a guy for next to nothing partly because he started a tear down of it then changed his mind. So looks like I get thrown in head first and the first thing I get to do is a rebuild or swap. That should be interesting as I have never worked on a rotary.

Where are you located?
You can sometimes find a good deal on a wrecked car that has a running engine. Alternatively, there are many scrap yards around that have a good selection of cars.

Thanks for the welcome. As far as where I am. I am in small town VA. I work in Blacksburg made famous by the infamous Virginia Tech shooting. I live in the next town over Christiansburg. There are at least 2 salvage yards on the edge of town, and I plan on checking both out. Although honestly I think they are the same ppl just with a different name.
