I've got a mechanical background, my first degree is in automotive technology, worked for a dealer for awhile before joining the Army. Now I'm a commercial HVAC service tech so I'm still living the hands dirty life. I've never owned any vehicle with a rotary engine, I ended up buying a clean 85 from a family member (which is rare in the Salt belt). However the poor car was cursed with an automatic. I'm starting to look into what my best options are for a manual swap and getting some more getup under her. Any tips or recommendations would be helpful. Thank you.
