1st Rotary, 3rd Mazda! Southern California!
Hey guys my name is Dario and after writing a whole intro I realized I forgot to click the 'CA' icon. So I'm stupid
Anyways! Looking to pick up my first FD this November. I have it narrowed down to 2 choices, 3 if I get a response from a member on this forum. One is an R1 with a tantalizing mystery leak (solo many possibilities, I know) and the other is a project my friend is abandoning. Either way, I've been doing lot of reading (on this forum) and a lot of texting other rotary owners to keep my n00bish questions to a minimum!
Recently sold my Mazdaspeed6, purchased a clean SR20DET-swapped S13 hatchback, and then got approved for a killer interest rate for an FD. This means I'm cutting my S13 project and finally doing what I've always wanted: Owning a slice of Mazda's claim to fame.
I look forward to learning from this forum and making some buddies in SoCal!
PS: No, I do not 'drift' my S13 and no, I did not prefer the illegalities of an SR lol.

Hahaha that just about sums up the offers I've been getting on the other forums lol. I don't HAVE to sell it to get an FD, but I have no need for 2 cars. At least I'm hoarding my rare S-Chassis parts for later...
