Hey, I just bought my first RX. It's a 1987 turbo II that has been sitting for quite a few years. The guy I bought it from had plans of putting in his plane, but never got around to it, so he sold it to me for a decent price. 130K on the odometer, the body is rusted out, and it hasn't ran in a long time. Hope to learn a lot on here.

 

So what do you plan on doing with the car? I hope that it's safe to drive on the road. I know Michigan winters can really tear up a car.

 

The plan is to get it running and driving, then figure out whether the rust can be repaired or I need a shell to swap everything over to. Either way it should be a fun project
