1986 rx7 wont start fuel problem

1986 rx7 wont start fuel problem
I just aquired a 1986 RX7 N/A 13b motor. Has not ran since 2000.
Known issues: Fuel pump relay under the dash not receiving power. Continuity is good. Fuel pump wont turn on unless hotwired. Fuel pressure is way lower than spec PSI.
What we did: hot/hard wire fuel pump, resulted in fuel pump turning on. New spark plugs, new fuses(all), drained old fuel out of tank, put new fresh gas in tank. Removed inspected tested fuel pump, then reinstalled. Blew out fuel lines. Checked injector connectors, and EGI relay.
Would love to keep the car, but leaning towards selling it if I cant get it started.
