1984 gsl-se
1984 gsl-se
Hi, my name is Bob and I have a charcoal gray 1984 GSL-SE with an auto tranny that has been in storage since about 1989. The car has about 17k miles on it and is covered with a fine layer of dust. The tires are kinda dry rot but aside from that, the car is a cream puff. I am seeking a reputable mechanic that specializes in Rotary engines in the Houston area to start the motor properly. I don't want to take it to the corner garage and have someone drain the fuel and put a new battery and fire it up. I would imagine that there are things that should be addressed to make certain that it's not damaged in trying to fire it up.
I hope to post on the Southern thread and find a quality mechanic through there.
Bob
