Welcome Dave from another 1980 RX7 original owner.
I can't help you find a mechanic in the Northern California area .. however just about any shop that specializes in suspension and brakes should be able to upgrade your car for you.

Welcome to the forums. Your car looks in excellent condition. Show it here and post some more pics of the inside and engine bay. I also have an 80 in Tornado Silver. Yours looks to be a GS, did you remove your exterior body moldings?
