1963 Morris Minor Rotary build

I am working on a 1963 Morris Minor for the GRM $2010 challenge. It currently has a 12a in it, that seems to be frozen. I will either be rebuilding or replacing the motor, and probably doing a turbo set up (not sure if I will stick with carborated or not). I am open to suggestions....

Hey Tripp. WTF is a Morris Minor. I got to google that for sure. Turbo is always the way to go if you can afford it. Good luck and welcome. Dave.

Morris made the original Mini. They also made the Minor, it resembles (loosely) a 1946 Ford, but much smaller. The original Minor (from my research) weighed 1600 lbs. Currently my chassis weighs 1000-1100 lbs, I think I will be able to get to about 2000 lbs with driver, wet weight. If I can get 250 whp then I should be having a fun toy... The trick will be getting the power (and handling) for the budget. I know the RX7's handle well, but I want something a little more unique and also I think I can get the minor to be lighter. Lets see.
