I can't see the any pics (likely because of my work firewall...) but generally no- not without a) losing the functionality (i.e., being able to open it...) of the trunk or b) modifying the spoiler by cutting it into three pieces so the trunk can open normally, assuming it's one of the standard wrap-around spoilers the coupes had.
