Naa.

I know a guy with a 3rd gen with that setup and it doesn't seem to hit it, but he DID have the short throw shifter, though.

Just psuh your shifter forward and measure the distance from the **** to the dash. Then measure how much a screen protudes out of the unit. That should give ya a good indication, no?

I'm getting a Clarion VRX815 installed right now but never really thought about checking it. Just thinking though The shifter will need to be in 2, or 4th when the screen is being opened but I don't think I will have any problems hitting at all once it is opened and upright. I'll let ya know soon as I find out. I'll check with em, tommorow morning and see how it's going.

Ok, I got my car back tonight and took some pictures but I haven't installed my camedia software on my pc since my win XP install. I'll search for the install disk and try to get some pics posted late tonight or tommorow morning.

It does not hit at all when opened up for viewing and I have plenty of room for shifting. It will just barely clear in neutral opening and closing it.

Ok heres a couple of pics.

This is in neutral and the screen is at full extension just before flipping up. About 1/8 of an inch to spare.

This is in 3rd gear with the screen up in viewing position. I have plenty of room to shift.
