Luv it!...It's definitely not aftermarket/rice-a-roni imho, It's OEM and painted to match. If I was to "wing-it" it would be the J-spec with a matching painted front lip.
Maelstrum(sp), I came *this close* to getting your Carbon Fiber Wing and thought better of it on the edge of point of no return. Gawd, it looks clean tho...

matching

I thought the same thing about not matching paint when getting a new spoiler on an older car, but in sunlight, in fact in all light except parking lot mercury lights my 99 spec spoiler matches perfectly. Hell my original headlight assembly covers which have never been touched since new don't match in bright sunlight. The spoiler went onto the car 3 months ago and the car had 123,XXX miles on the original VR paint and no problem with color match.

forgot...

I love the look of the OEM 99+ wing. the only wing i think i like as much is the TRD MR-2 wing (have not seen one on an FD, however) and the FEED carbon adjustable wing (but should be matched with the TypeII nose )

What about the A'PEXi wing??? It looks a lot like the 99 Spec and Racing Beat wing, I'm going with one of those, when I get a body kit put on and have the car repainted.

One step ahead of ya, hehe!

Decided on a 99 wing though, and sold it. In retrospec, should have kept it...oh well, I'm happy with the 99 - whenever I decide to have it painted and mounted.

hmmm... looks like Mazdaspeed renamed the A-spec/B-spec to "Type II". i've got one on GT2, and i think it is called "B-spec". the GT-C is still the GT-C

what does everyone think of the 15th anniversary wing? nice low profile design, what's you guy'ses opinion?

sheesh, according to the front fender, the 15thAnniv. is also called the A-spec i guess its Aspec/15thAnniv, Bspec/TypeII, "Cspec"/GT-C. ah well... as long as people know what i am talking about

Thanks my friend! That 15th anniversary wing is my all time favorite! It looks sooooo good! Im a sucker for touring wings as well. The only thing is I dont want that kit and Im afraid the wing wont look good. Heres what Im thinking. Mazdaspeed GTC front and side skirts, R spec rear diffuser and 15th anniversary wing. Thats my idea. I am dying to see what it will look like though. I have never seen the combination and Im afraid that wont look that good. Any ideas!
